Yes, of course.

You can order a dress in any standard size and arrange your own adjustments if necessary after the dress arrives. We will contribute up to 10% of the dress value for these adjustments.

We recommend a fitting first so that your gown can be made up front according to your measurements. However, we understand this may not be possible if you live far away from us.

Ideally, you should begin looking for your wedding dress at least 12 months before the wedding. This includes booking in fittings at bridal stores so you can see how your preferred styles look in reality. You my find that you fall in love with a bridal style you didn't expect.

We recommend ordering your wedding dress 6 to 12 months before your wedding to secure your spot in our production schedule.

For brides in a hurry, we can shorten the lead time for an additional fee ($250 for the minimum lead time of 4 months before the wedding).

Yes. Appointments are booked directly through our website just here. Our ambassadors will welcome you in our showroom in Alexandria. If possible, we recommend booking a weekday appointment rather than a Saturday, as weekends are in high demand.

Each appointment lasts 1 hour. If you are running late, please let your ambassador know. Several fittings are scheduled each day and cannot be delayed.

To finalise your order including details of customisations and final measurements, you may book a second 45-minute appointment. From the third appointment onwards, a fee of $50 will apply. This amount is refundable with the purchase of a made-to-measure dress.

We recommend:

• Wearing minimal makeup (no foundation or lipstick) but having your hair nicely styled.
• Bringing nude underwear if possible, and a bra suitable for a low back.
• Bringing your wedding shoes or knowing the heel height you plan to wear.

Our dresses are 100% made-to-measure and designed for all women! Please be sure to mention your size when booking your appointment so we can prepare accordingly. Of course, we can adapt any dress to perfectly fit your body shape.

Your Mado ambassador will welcome you into our Alexandria showroom and make sure you feel comfortable so you can enjoy an experience that truly reflects you. Every fitting is private so there will be no other bridal group in the showroom at the same time as you.

You can try on as many dresses from the collection as you wish, mix and match tops and skirts, test them with your shoes, dance, take photos, or re-try a dress — it’s entirely your choice!

Your Mado ambassador will guide you in choosing between different styles based on your favourites, your body shape, and what is practically achievable.

Each fitting lasts 1 hour.

Of course! You can book another appointment on our website or contact the Mado ambassador who welcomed you to arrange a date. We completely understand that making your choice isn’t always easy the first time!

However, a third fitting will attract a $50 fee which is applied as a credit to a dress purchase.

All you need to do is visit our e-shop and add your dress — along with a note on any chosen options (train length, added details, etc.) — to your cart.

Once we receive your payment, we reserve your dress in our production schedule and launch the order for your wedding gown. The Mado ambassador who welcomed you will have already taken your measurements and the details of your customisations, so we can send your dress into production as soon as your order is placed.

We will receive your wedding dress at our showroom, on average two months before your wedding date. This is so that we can ensure it is fitting correctly.

You can also choose to have it delivered to another address if that’s more convenient for you however, you may need to arrange adjustments if any are required.

Made-to-measure purchases can be altered if not fitting as designed. For additional alterations, we cover up to 10% of the dress price — feel free to contact us!

Please note that Madame A Dit Oui is not responsible for any travel required to have your dress adjusted until it is perfect.
