Shipping Policy

• Made to measure: Once an order is placed with one of our ambassadors, it is reviewed by Madame A Dit Oui France before it is accepted and passed on to our atelier's. This process is generally completed within 72 hours from the date of order. 

• Delivery of completed dresses is based on your wedding date. We aim for approximately 2 months prior to your wedding date and recommend placing an order 6-9 months prior to your wedding date. Please contact our team if you require a rush order. 

• Ready to wear:  Similar to our Made To Measure range, our ready to wear dresses, separates and accessories are made to order. Delivery is planned according to your wedding date however rush orders are possible and if required, should be discussed with an ambassador prior to placing an order.

• Free Shipping: Available on all orders, delivered within mainland Australia however we recommend picking up the dress directly from your ambassador so a final fitting can be completed.
