IS LISETTE AVAILABLE OFF-THE-RACK OR ONLY MADE-TO-MEASURE?
Lisette is made-to-measure only. Your gown is tailored from a base size to your exact measurements for a perfect fit and flawless comfort.

CAN I CUSTOMISE THIS DRESS?
Yes! You can:

• Add or remove the slit
• Modify or remove the sleeves
• Combine Lisette’s bodice or skirt with other models from our collection
• Adjust neckline depth

All customisations are discussed during your fitting with an ambassador.

HOW LONG BEFORE THE WEDDING SHOULD I ORDER MY DRESS?
We recommend ordering 8–12 months in advance.

For faster timelines:

• Less than 6 months: +$200 AUD
• Less than 4 months: +$250 AUD

Rush orders are reviewed case by case depending on availability.

WHAT UNDERGARMENTS DO YOU RECOMMEND?
We suggest seamless nude underwear. The bodice is lined in nude chiffon for modesty and support. Your ambassador can recommend the best styling solutions during your fitting.

WHERE ARE YOUR GOWNS MADE?
All of our gowns are designed in France and produced in China by ethical ateliers selected for their craftsmanship and values.

DO YOU SHIP ACROSS AUSTRALIA?
Yes — once your dress is completed, we ship via express tracked courier to any location in Australia.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
As every gown is custom made, we do not accept returns. However, your ambassador works closely with you to ensure a perfect fit before your gown is finalised and shipped.
