Raphaëlle is available from size 6 to 22+ or made-to-measure, tailored precisely to your shape based on your measurements.

CAN I CUSTOMISE THIS DRESS?
Yes, you can:

• Adjust the neckline shape or coverage
• Remove or deepen the slit
• Add detachable sleeves or straps
• Mix and match with another skirt or bodice from the collection

Customisation options are discussed with your ambassador.

HOW LONG BEFORE THE WEDDING SHOULD I ORDER MY DRESS?
We recommend ordering your gown 8–12 months before your wedding.

Rush orders are possible, with added costs:

• Less than 6 months: +$200 AUD
• Less than 4 months: +$250 AUD

Yes — your made-to-measure gown will be delivered via tracked express courier anywhere in Australia.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Due to the personalised nature of made-to-measure gowns, returns are not accepted. We support you throughout the process to ensure the gown is perfect before delivery.
