IS VALENTINA MADE-TO-MEASURE?
Yes — your gown is made from standard sizing or fully made-to-measure based on your personal measurements, taken by your ambassador.

CAN I CUSTOMISE THIS GOWN?
Absolutely. You can:

• Modify the neckline
• Add or remove the off-shoulder sleeves
• Adjust the train or skirt shape
• Combine this bodice with another skirt from our collection

WHEN SHOULD I ORDER MY DRESS?
Ideally 8 to 12 months before your wedding.

Rush fees apply for tighter timelines:

• Less than 6 months: +$200 AUD
• Less than 4 months: +$250 AUD

Rush options depend on availability.

WHAT MATERIALS DO YOU USE?
The outer layer is satin-finish crepe (100% viscose), chosen for its softness and beautiful drape. The lining is 100% cotton for breathable comfort all day long.

WHAT IF MY BODY SHAPE IS UNIQUE?
That’s exactly why we offer made-to-measure. Our team adapts your gown to your exact measurements for a flawless fit.

CAN I WEAR A BRA WITH THIS GOWN?
We recommend seamless nude cups or built-in support. Your ambassador can guide you on what works best for this neckline.

DO YOU SHIP ACROSS AUSTRALIA?At the moment, our showroom is based in Sydney. If you would like to try on your dress and have fittings and adjustments done with us, this will take place in Sydney.

That said, once your measurements have been taken, we can deliver your dress anywhere in Australia. If needed, final minor adjustments can easily be done with a local seamstress near you.

CAN I RETURN THE GOWN IF IT DOESN’T FIT?
As every gown is custom-made, we don’t offer returns. But our ambassadors ensure everything is perfect during fittings before final delivery
