IS ZOEY AVAILABLE OFF-THE-RACK OR ONLY MADE-TO-MEASURE?

Zoey is only available made-to-measure. We use your exact body measurements to create a gown that fits like it was made just for you — because it was.

CAN I CUSTOMISE THIS DRESS?

Absolutely! Zoey can be tailored with:

• Alternative neckline depths
  
• Custom belt finishes or fabrics
  
• Modified skirt flare or slit
  
• Addition of sleeves or overlays (such as lace or sequins)
  
• Pairing with blouses from the MADO collection, like the Robbie sequin blouse
  

All customisation options are discussed during your fitting.

HOW LONG BEFORE THE WEDDING SHOULD I ORDER MY DRESS?

We suggest ordering 8–12 months before your wedding.

If needed sooner:

• Less than 6 months: +$200 AUD
  
• Less than 4 months: +$250 AUD

WHY CHOOSE A MADE-TO-MEASURE GOWN?

Made-to-measure means Zoey is crafted exclusively for your body, ensuring both comfort and elegance. It also allows you to add personal touches — from the blouse pairing to subtle adjustments — making it uniquely yours.

WHAT UNDERGARMENTS DO YOU RECOMMEND?

We recommend seamless nude underwear. The bodice is lined for opacity, and your ambassador can advise on additional options depending on your comfort and chosen styling.

WHERE ARE YOUR GOWNS MADE?

All Madame a dit oui gowns are designed in France and crafted in our Chinese ateliers, where quality, craftsmanship, and ethical sourcing are central to the process.

DO YOU SHIP ACROSS AUSTRALIA?

At the moment, our showroom is based in Sydney. If you would like to try on your dress and have fittings and adjustments done with us, this will take place in Sydney.

That said, once your measurements have been taken, we can deliver your dress anywhere in Australia. If needed, final minor adjustments can easily be done with a local seamstress near you.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Returns are not accepted for made-to-measure gowns. However, we work closely with you throughout the fitting and production process to ensure your gown is perfect before delivery.
